Research First was registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 throughout the whole of its period of application and there have been no data protection issues since the company was founded in 1997.
Founding directors of Research First have read EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and take personal responsibility for the management and eventual disposal of any client data provided for research purposes.
